Thank you for your interest in booking your event here at Spruce Nail Shop!  We are thrilled to get a chance to be part of your celebration!  

Here’s a full rundown of how we book groups at Spruce: 
  
During public hours: We only book within shop hours and the shop remains open to the public. We have 6 pedicure stations and 10 manicure stations at our Findlay Market location, 2 pedicure stations and 7 manicure stations at our Walnut Hills location, and generally 4-7 nail technicians on the floor at a time at each location. For groups larger than five, we often have to stack (one appointment following another) appointments. 

How to Book Each Member of Your Group:  We have two options for group booking.

For smaller groups or wedding groups, we recommend connecting with our Spruce Concierge to book each individual appointment to ensure everyone has time to get exactly what they want. In order to book, we need to know:
- how many people will be receiving services
- the date and time you were wanting to come in
- the names of each person receiving services
- the services each person wants to receive
- if they want to add gel, would need a gel removal, want nail art, etc.
Please check our menu online or schedule a concierge call for any questions regarding services. We’re happy to help you figure out what might work best for your day!

For larger groups and staff/team days, we have flexible service options that include time for a gel removal or add ons. This simplifies things for your group organizer - you just need to make sure the folks in your group know what time to arrive and that we cannot remove SNS or acrylic. Our Spruce Concierge will take care of the rest! 

Interested in beverage and snack options? We've got relationships with nearby vendors and are happy to connect you for discounted cocktail/mocktail and snack options. 

When to Book Your Group: Our books are open to online booking two months in advance. For groups of 4 or more, we recommend reaching out to our Spruce Concierge as early as six months before your event to start having times blocked out for you. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all events, even with early booking requests.

Private Events: We have a service minimum of $1000 for three hours of renting out Spruce. Please reach out to our Spruce Concierge a minimum of three months before your preferred date to book these appointments.
